the main concert stage for the final performance at the California State
Fair.

are on sale now for one of the Fair’s biggest events. Celebrate this
long-standing Mexican tradition combining bull riding, horse dancing and

Live Horse Racing
Place
your bets and grab your lucky horse shoe! Sunday is the final day of
live thoroughbred racing at the California State Fair. Don’t miss the
thrilling action at the Miller Lite Racetrack Grandstand. First
post-time is 1:15 p.m. Come early at 11:15 a.m. for the Betting 101
class that will provide handicap information for the day's races.

Professional Chef Challenge
After
a heated preliminary, our chefs go all out for the final round of the
professional chef challenge at the Cooking Theatre located inside the
California Building powered by Brocade. There’s no holding back as these
chefs pull out all the stops to create a three-course meal using a
secret ingredient.
